Come get spooky with the Attic Collective!
Join us on Sunday, October 20th at 5:00pm in creating a piece of devised theatre! It’s October and we will be in beautiful Glendale California, so we will be using inspiration from the epitaphs and obituaries of some Famous Glendalians to create a piece of theatre that celebrates, honors, and remembers the dead. You don’t have to have any devised theatre experience to participate! Just wear clothes you can move in (dress warmly since we will be meeting at night), bring a water bottle and a snack, and bring one light source that you’d like to use in the theatre piece we make-a lantern, a flashlight, a glow stick, surprise us! Come hang out with us and experiment in some spooky spontaneous creation-you won’t regret it!
There's free parking at Brand Park. Park in either of the lots on your right when you first pull in and meet us on the lawn in front of the library (the large, castle-like building to the right of the second parking lot on the right). We'll start there and explore a couple of more open, darker spots so we can make use of our spooky lighting :)
Don't want to participate but still want to attend? We see you, ghoul. Come on over around 8:15/8:30pm instead and look for the flashlights on one of the lawns around the parking lots. You can come and watch what we've all created!
